Key Responsibilities
- Lead all hotel operations
- Own full P&L performance (Revenue, RevPAR & GOP)
- Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction
- Drive commercial growth and revenue strategies
- Build and develop high-performing teams
- Ensure brand standards and regulatory compliance
- Maintain strong owner and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee property maintenance and sustainability initiatives
- Represent the hotel within Nairobi's hospitality & business community
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or Business
- Diploma from Utalii College with extensive experience also considered
- Hospitality leadership certifications are an advantage
Experience
- 8+ years in senior hotel leadership
- Previous General Manager or Hotel Manager experience
- Experience managing an 80+ room branded hotel
- Strong commercial and operational track record
